-The radio management departments of most countries in the world usually allocate a frequency band of the spectrum resources to multiple operators, and a single operator can only use a part of the spectrum resources within this frequency band. a) Frequency and bandwidth setting
- The repeater could be configurated according to the instructions on the LCD interface or through the PC software to setting frequency and bandwidth . The minimum step of the frequency setting is 100KHz and the maximum bandwidth is 25MHz.
b) Manual gain control (MGC)
-When installing and operating the repeater ,engineer can adjust uplink and downlink gain in the range 1-31dB to ensure the repeater work in full output power condition.
c) Automatic gain level control
-When the downlink received signal+ downlink gain exceeds 43 dBm, the repeater will automatically activates the ALC function to reduce the downlink gain and keep the downlink output power of the repeater within 43dBm.
-When the uplink received the moble phone signal +uplink gain exceeds 43dBm,the repeater automatically activates the ALC function to reduce the uplink gain and keep the uplink output power of repeater within 43dBm.
d) Automatic balance of uplink and downlink gain
-When the downlink signal is strengthened during the operation of the repeater and the ALC starts to attenuate the downlink gain, the system simultaneously attenuates the uplink gain to maintain the signal balance between the downlink and uplink.
e)Isolation detection and elimination self-excitation
-The repeater system detects the isolation between the BTS port and the MS port in real time. When the isolation is less than +15dB of the system gain, the system will automatically reduce the gain to prevent the system from self-excitation.
f) Automatic shutdown
-When the repeater system exceeds the gain attenuation range of the system due to too strong received signal level or too low for isolation, the repeater system automatically shuts down the output to prevent the repeater from being burnt because of overload.
g) Uplink idle turn-off
-When there is no end users in the coverage area, the system will automatically turns off the uplink output to minimize interference of the radio wave in the space.
h) Remote mornitoring and maintenance
